  • Business Administration, International Business, or Marketing bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years as Sales Team Manager in IT sector.
  • Essential knowledge:
    • Sale of IT projects.
    • Business process automation technologies.
    • Strategic business development and growth plans.
    • Forecast planning.
    • Sales methodologies.
    • Methodology for measuring the performance of commercial teams.
    • Incentives and remuneration for commercial teams.
    • Price and quotation.
  • Technical skills: Office (executive presentations), video conferencing applications, use of CRM.
  • Competencies: Leadership, decision making, focus on results, strategic planning, development and coaching of commercial teams, assertive communication, emotional intelligence, social skills, empathy.
  • English level: C1 (Effective Operational Proficiency).

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and direct business strategies, based on the company’s growth projections.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s income in order to achieve the agreed gross profit.
  • Supervise the operation and fulfillment of the commercial plan in order to prevent and adjust it according to the results of the department.
  • Define strategies and investments for demand generation campaigns.
  • Promote the development and personal and professional growth of the team in order to guarantee the required talent.
